The
Projects listed for the Authorities are included to
give a broad picture of transportation improvements
in New Jersey. Projects shown here are those of regional
significance, and should not be viewed as an all-inclusive
list; for the most part, they do not involve any state
funds. The Authorities use a calendar year rather than
a fiscal year. As of the publication date, most have
not developed their 2003 programs, and those that have
been developed have not been finalized. The 2002 program
(which is fiscally constrained) was combined with the
out year programs (not constrained) for the Garden State
Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.
