The calculators below are for use by administrative agents and developers of affordable housing to determine the initial sales prices and rents for affordable units in compliance with the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC). More information about the requirements of UHAC and the pricing of units is available in the manual: Understanding UHAC. 

Also, a resale calculator is available to determine the maximum resale price and maximum refinance amount of an affordable unit. Affordable units owners with questions about the calculators or the determination of the maximum resale price should contact their administrative agent or municipality.

All calculators are excel spreadsheets. It is recommended that you save the file to your computer before entering information into any of the fields.
