The Civil Rights Section provides legal counsel and representation to the Division on Civil Rights with respect to the enforcement of provisions of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. The representation includes administrative and trial court litigation, primarily directed toward alleged discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodations.
