| Aaron
M. Davis is a native of Willingboro, New
Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Davis is a graduate of Willingboro High
School, Willingboro, New Jersey, where he
excelled in basketball and track as All
Liberty Division, All Burlington County,
All South Jersey and boys basketball school
leading scorer. |

| Upon
graduation, Aaron was offered scholarships
to numerous colleges and universities. He
accepted a Basketball Scholarship to Wichita
State University where he lettered in basketball,
received an honorable mention in the Missouri
Valley Conference Team, was Student Athlete
of the Year as well as Student Assistant
Coach. Mr. Davis graduated with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Administration of Justice. |

Association, Civil Rights and Services of
Wichita, NAACP Inc., The Greater Topeka
Chamber of Commerce, the Association of
Boxing Commissions. |

| Previously,
Davis was the Boxing Commissioner State
of Kansas, the top spot on the five-member
Commission. The Kansas Athletic Commission
supervises and administers all fight sports
held in the State of Kansas. Commissioner
Davis is also the Chairman of the Code of
Conduct Committee for the Association of
Boxing Commissions to encourage adherence,
and enforcement applicable federal laws
by each member of the ABC and adhere to
the principles and guidelines of the ABC. |

Community involvement as a Panel Member
on the (LEPP) Law Enforcemement Partnership
Panel for City of Topeka to developing collaborative
partnerships between the city of Topeka
and the community to focus on meeting the
