NJ State Athletic Control Board

This section contains information on requirements for licensing of combative sports contestants, managers and seconds. In addition to boxing, combative sports include, but are not limited to, kickboxing, martial arts (contact), mixed martial arts and extreme wrestling. This is not an exhaustive guide, and other licenses may be needed. For additional information, please refer to Chapter 46 of the New Jersey Administrative Code or call the SACB office at 609-292-0317.
