After almost 6 years and multiple competency hearings, a Hudson County judge dismissed with prejudice a triple murder case handled by Hudson Deputy Joseph Russo.  The judge ruled that the defendant is incompetent to stand trial and not likely to ever regain it.  This outcome was a direct result of Deputy Russo’s excellent advocacy, hard work and persistence.
