On July 17, approximately 175 stakeholders attended the Multi-Systems Involved Youth Symposium sponsored by the OPD and held at the Princeton Marrriott.  The event focused on strategies to foster collaboration in the representation of children caught up in the child welfare, juvenile justice and mental health systems.  First Assistant Public Defender Lorraine Augostini organized the program with the able assistance of DPD Guadalupe Casillas, DPD Paula Getty, Director of Mental Health Advocacy Carl Herman, Judy Smith and Monica Cerino.
