Language Access Plan

The Department of Banking and Insurance is committed to ensuring meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency. We provide language assistance services at no cost.

The information in the Language Access Plan below reflects the Department's current assessment, practices, services, staffing, and resources as of December 2025. The Department is committed to continuing its efforts toward ongoing implementation of language access and will revise this plan in accordance with the law.
