To ensure that all those impacted have an opportunity to provide input to help inform the development of rules, the Department provides advance notice of its proposed rulemaking to interested parties and seeks their input before publishing the proposed rulemaking in the New Jersey Register. 

Interested parties may submit comments aimed at developing and improving the contemplated proposed rulemaking.
