The contact information in the chart lists all active HMOs approved to issue HMO and POS products in New Jersey. The chart shows if the HMO offers commercial coverage and if it participates in Medicare or Medicaid. It also shows the counties that each HMO is authorized to serve. An HMO might not offer Medicare or Medicaid in all the counties in its service area. Look at the chart notes to find the counties where an HMO participates in Medicare or Medicaid.
