New Jersey Department of Education

Annual Report

The annual report was established as a requirement for all New Jersey charter schools in the Charter School Program Act of 1995 as a way to facilitate the Commissioner's annual review of charter schools. The annual report is aligned to the NJDOE Office of Charter and Renaissance School's Performance Framework and allows the NJDOE to evaluate the charter school's performance based on the criteria set forth in the Performance Framework.

The charter school board of trustees makes the annual report available to the parents or guardians of students enrolled in the charter school to keep them informed about the school's progress.
