School Register

Submission of the School Register Summary (SRS) is a required annual data collection that must be completed by each Local Education Agency (LEA) to satisfy the school enrollment and attendance reporting requirements at N.J.A.C. 6A:32-8.1 et seq.

The SRS application is a web-based data collection available on NJDOE Homeroom. The SRS application ensures consistency between financial submissions and enrollment submissions using edits. These edits compare the revised budgeted direct costs from an LEAs prior year budget to the Average Daily Enrollments (ADEs) entered in the SRS.
