Official Site of The State of New JerseyKellie Doucette serves as Executive Director of the Sherrill Gubernatorial Transition and Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill’s Chief Operating Officer-designate. This is a newly created role where she will focus on creating and driving efficient systems across state government to save New Jerseyans time and money.
Doucette previously worked in the private sector in finance and healthcare, and in senior roles in government including serving as Rep. Mikie Sherrill’s (NJ-11) District Director. She worked closely with local officials on a bipartisan basis to identify and address a wide variety of issues, such as flooding, water infrastructure, superfund remediation, public safety, housing affordability, mental health, reproductive health, economic development, veteran health care, and support for the local military installation, Picatinny Arsenal.
Doucette is a graduate of Harvard University.
