It’s clear, however, that Sec. McMahon’s so-called ‘History Rocks!’ visit does not intend to celebrate the values of our country and Constitution; instead, it politicizes New Jersey public schools with a mandatory school assembly sponsored by far-right organizations that promote an extreme MAGA agenda. It is entirely inappropriate, violates parents’ rights, and our kids deserve better. At a minimum, the Secretary of Education should prioritize ensuring that all of our kids get a great education, not defunding public schools, robbing New Jerseyans of our tax dollars, and jeopardizing our children’s future.”
