At its February 27, 2004 public meeting, the Government Records Council (“Council”) considered the February 23, 2004 Findings and Recommendations of Executive Director and all related documentation submitted by the parties.

The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations.  The Council dismissed the case on the basis of the requestor’s withdrawal.

Recommendations of Acting Executive Director

The complainant filed documentation against the Township of Gloucester for overcharging Data Trace, Inc. for copies that were made.

The Township of Gloucester has now adjusted their rates to be in accordance with the rates that are in OPRA.

The Government Records Council Staff received an Email from the complainant on February 23, 2004 stating she would like the case dismissed. 

Based on the requestor’s February 23, 2004 Email to the GRC, the Acting Executive Director respectfully requests that the Council dismiss this complaint.
