The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations. The Council dismissed the complaint on the basis of the requestor's January 24, 2004 statement that this complaint requires no further action.

Executive Director's Findings and Recommendation

The requestor wrote to the Government Records Council on January 24, 2004 and stated, "Please be advised that since I sent your office my original complaint, the Department of Corrections, Records Custodian has complied with my request for information pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A.47:1A-1 et seq. Therefore, my complaint is resolved and requires no further action."

Based on the requestor's January 24, 2004 statement that this complaint requires no further action, the Acting Executive Director respectfully recommends that the Council dismiss this complaint.
