The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations. The Council dismissed the complaint on the basis of the requestor’s January 22, 2004 request for the Council to close the complaint.

Executive Director’s Findings and Recommendation

The requestor wrote to the Government Records Council on January 22, 2004 and stated, “Yes, I requested Mr. Dice to close the file. Thank you for all your services. It is so nice to have the Gov. Records Council.”

Based on the requestor’s above January 22, 2004 statement, the Acting Executive Director respectfully requests that the Council dismiss this complaint.
