At its March 11, 2004 public meeting, the Government Records Council ("Council") considered the March 11, 2004 Findings and Recommendations of the Executive Director and all related documentation submitted by the parties. The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations to close the case based on a settlement reached in mediation.  The Council dismissed the complaint based on said Findings and Recommendations.

Executive Director's Findings and Recommendation

On February 29, 2004, the Office of Dispute Settlement notified the GRC that the case has been settled in mediation.  Based on same, the Executive Director respectfully recommends that the Council close the case.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-7(d), there is no further legal analysis at this time.
