At its March 11, 2004 public meeting, the Government Records Council (“Council”) considered the March 11, 2004 Findings and Recommendations of the Executive Director and all related documentation submitted by the parties. The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations to close the case based on a settlement reached in mediation.

Executive Director’s Findings and Recommendation
On February 10, 2004, and February 24, 2004, both parties agreed to mediation and the case was settled. Based on this fact, the Executive Director respectfully recommends that the Council close the case.
