At its March 11, 2004 public meeting, the Government Records Council (“Council”) considered the March 11, 2004 Findings and Recommendations of the Executive Director and all related documentation submitted by the parties. The Council voted to adopt the entirety of said Findings and Recommendations to close the case on the basis the complaint is a duplication of OPRA complaint 2004-8 (DeLuca v. Township of Guttenburg).

Executive Director’s Findings and Recommendation

The Executive Director respectfully recommends that the Council close this matter on the basis the case is a duplication of 2004-8 (DeLuca v. Township of Guttenburg). 

All issues raised in 2004-11 will be addressed in 2004-8.
