On January 3, 2005, Government Records Council (GRC) staff sent e-mail to the Complainant confirming a verbal conversation that the case was being withdrawn. GRC staff informed the Complainant that if they didn’t hear from them by Thursday January 6, 2005, they would assume that the case is closed. There was no response from the Complainant; therefore the case will be closed.
