Case Disposition:

The Complainant verbally stated to GRC staff that he would be sending written correspondence to withdraw his case. This correspondence was not received. Therefore on October 5, 2005, a letter was sent to the Complainant requesting that he contact GRC staff to clarify his position regarding the case. The Complainant failed to respond. A second letter was sent to the Complainant from GRC staff on October 12, 2005, requesting clarification of the Complainants position, and advising him that if we did not receive correspondence, the case would be closed. The Complainant has not contacted the GRC staff regarding this matter.
