In an e-mail dated January 31, 2005, the Complainant voluntarily withdrew his case on the basis that his online OPRA request was never received by the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance. GRC staff expedited the OPRA request by forwarding the request to Mr. Gary Vogler, Custodian for the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance.
