Lane Miller to state he can only negotiate 2 points in traffic court.” The Custodian certifies that the “records of the Municipal Court are under the jurisdiction of the judiciary and not accessible through the Municipal Clerk.” The Government Records Council does not have jurisdiction in this matter.
