The Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund is not an entitlement program. Each application is analyzed using many factors, including but not limited to: the availability of funds; the governing laws, regulations, policies and procedures of the Fund; the clinical and diagnostic presentation of the applicant; current scientific data, and; guidelines published by the Food and Drug Administration. These factors are subject to change; thus, past payment for services does not guarantee future payment for the same or any other services.
