If a decal is missing from your truck (stolen, fell off, etc.), we offer the option to replace your old set of decals with new ones for $10.00 per set.  Replacements can be requested through the mail. The request must be on company letterhead and a photocopy of the owner’s driver license.  Please include your Taxpayer ID Number, Company Name, and a check for $10.00 per set of decals.  You may also apply in person at our Trenton Regional office.  However, the IFTA account must be valid for the current year.

If you never received the decals in the mail from your renewal request, you may call (609) 633-9400 option #1.  You can receive an additional set free of charge.  Upon receipt of your request, an affidavit form will be sent to you.  This form must be sent via mail with an original signature to the MVC at P.O. Box 133, Trenton, N.J.  08666-0133.  Please wait three weeks from date of purchase before requesting replacement decals.
