Colleen McGurk is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner (P.P.) and a licensed American Institute of Certified Planner(AICP). Colleen has over 20 years of experience in Land Use Planning in New Jersey with a wide range of government entities, including Federal, State and local government. Colleen worked as a Planner for the Office of Planning Advocacy in 2017 and 2018 and has recently rejoined the team as of April as a Senior Planner.

Colleen McGurk has years of experience in crafting Land Development Ordinances and Master Plans designed specifically for each municipality's needs and goals. Colleen has experience developing long range plans for storm damaged communities while working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Colleen also has experience crafting Environmental planning policies.

Colleen McGurk graduated from Boston University in 1996 with a Masters in Urban Planning and from Seton Hall University in 1989 with a Major in Political Science.
