As the Program Administrator, Collin oversees the day-to-day management of the Cannabis Training Academy.

Collin is a seasoned young professional in the cannabis industry with a diverse background spanning licensing, operational management, analytics, compliance, and market strategy. In his cannabis consulting experience, he has contributed to successful cannabis license applications and operations across multiple states and countries, including in Australia, California, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Netherlands, New York, New Jersey, Ohio and Rhode Island. In addition, he established pioneering analytics and compliance app platforms, developing automated regulatory audits and inventory tracking applications for cannabis compliance, serving both government jurisdictions and licensed operators.

Collin is proud to be among the first in the nation to earn an M.S. in Cannabis Science & Business from Thomas Jefferson University. His hands-on experience includes pet CBD and treat expert (as well as strategy and operations) for his family’s pet store and lead operations at a medical dispensary in Pennsylvania, the nation’s second-largest medical cannabis market.
