Jef Buehler serves as Manager of the newly-created Office of Municipal & District Business Advocacy at the NJ Business Action Center (NJBAC) in the NJ Department of State. This office collaborates with and provides technical assistance and training in district-wide business advocacy, place-based revitalization and placemaking to municipalities and district management entities throughout New Jersey, while supporting NJBAC’s mission and goals of business growth and prosperity in our communities.  Jef formerly reinvented and lead the Neighborhood Preservation Program and Main Street NJ and has worked in the place-based revitalization field for 30 years in New Jersey, Latin America, and across the US.
