Laura Gould

Laura Gould

Laura Gould is an Assistant Planner at the New Jersey Office of Planning Advocacy, where she supports a wide range of planning efforts, including implementation of the State Development and Redevelopment Plan. Laura is a regional planner with experience in public, nonprofit, and private sector work. Prior to joining the Office of Planning Advocacy, Laura was a watershed planner with the Musconetcong Watershed Association, where she wrote and began implementing the first Vision Plan for a New Jersey watershed. Laura has also had the opportunity to work for and with several New Jersey counties, consulting firms, and nonprofits.

In her free time, Laura enjoys volunteering with her town’s green team. She is also a lecturer in methods courses at Rutgers University. Laura holds a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) and a Master of Public Informatics (MPI) from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, as well as a B.S. in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
