Naomi Barnes works on the New Jersey State Plan and the OPA website. Prior to joining NJBAC she worked at the New Jersey Office of GIS, the New Jersey Department of Transportation and Michael Baker International.  Naomi Barnes transitioned into Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Graphic Design. She has had a successful 30-plus-year career, being in both the public and private sectors as well as a freelancer.
