Stephen Milgrom is responsible for assisting large and medium sized corporate and commercial businesses in New Jersey.  His responsibilities are diverse and include business retention, expansion and attraction efforts for the State of NJ as well as project management and advocacy services between the private business sector and the State of New Jersey.
