Bill Spear works with NJ’s small and mid-sized companies interested in expanding sales and their customer base through export. He started his State career in 1998 after 15 years of private sector experience. Bill also serves as the Director of the New Jersey State Trade Expansion Program (NJSTEP) to provide financial awards to domestic New Jersey eligible small businesses that are new to export, as well as those businesses who currently sell their goods and services to other countries.
