Public Notice
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing readopting without change the Conserve Wildlife Matching Grant Program rules, N.J.A.C. 7:5. A statement of the substance of the proposal follows: These rules contain and procedures for applying for, and the criteria for awarding, grants through the Division of Fish & Wildlife's Endangered and Nongame Species Program pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:3-33.11, Renewal Fee for Wildlife Conservation License Plates. The grants are for endangered and nongame wildlife conservation projects proposed by nonprofit organizations.

The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated November 6, 2006. Be advised that there may be a fee for obtaining a copy of the proposal from some sources.
