State programs and community-based services provide critical access to food, housing and shelter, childcare, transportation, financial aid, and more. Explore available resources and navigate eligibility for basic needs supports - all in one place.

File a Complaint

If you have an unresolved issue with your institution, start with their grievance process and appeals. Once those are complete, you may submit a complaint to OSHE for review.
