  Assistant Attorney General In Charge

The Administrative Practice - Newark Group, headed by the Assistant Attorney General in Charge of Administrative Agency Advice, includes four sections which have among their responsibilities the handling of a significant amount of administrative hearings. The sections are: UMDNJ, Public Utilities and Civil Rights. The Assistant Attorney General In Charge has overall responsibility for the management of the practice group and provides supervision and policy direction for the handling of agency advice throughout the Division.
