The Financial Affairs & State Contracting
Practice Group, headed by the Assistant Attorney
General in Charge, Financial Affairs, with assistance
from the Assistant Attorney General in Charge,
State Contracting, and another Assistant Attorney
General, includes two sections with substantial
responsibilities involving financial work, including
bond transactions, tax collections, construction
litigation and procurement contracts. Those
sections are: Treasury
and Transportation, Construction
and Condemnation. The Assistant Attorneys
General have overall responsibility for the
management of the practice group. In addition
they provide policy direction and supervision
for the handling of transactional and procurement
work throughout the Division. |
