  Assistant Attorney General In Charge

The Financial Affairs & State Contracting Practice Group is headed by Assistant Attorney General in Charge, Financial Affairs, with assistance from the Assistant Attorney General in charge of State Contracting, and another Assistant Attorney General.  This practice group consists of four sections:  Banking & Insurance; Transportation, Construction and Condemnation; Pensions and Financial Transactions; and Taxation, Bankruptcy and Debt Recovery. The Assistant Attorneys General have overall responsibility for the management of the practice group.  In addition, they provide policy direction and supervision for the handling of various transactional, budgetary, and procurement work throughout the Division.
