NJRC will respond to requests in writing for the Administrative Rules & Regulations. Please mail a check or money order in the amount of $15 payable to the NJRC, along with your request.

NJRC Rule Proposals
  In response to your request you will receive a letter from the NJRC. Enclosed will be a copy of New Jersey's administrative rules and regulations concerning standardbred horse racing, thoroughbred horse racing, off track betting, account wagering, pari-mutuel wagering and casino simulcasting. Please be advised, these rules are subject to amendments. Check the Official New Jersey Administrative Code available for inspection at the Race Secretary's Office, the Racing Commission Office at a New Jersey racetrack and the NJRC Trenton Office.  
  You may also reference the complete New Jersey Administrative Code at The New Jersey State Library on West State Street in Trenton, or by visiting one of the (3) NJ Law Libraries listed below:

  Rutgers, Newark
  Rutgers, Camden
  The New Jersey Register is available for reference at each (21) County's main branch libraries and the above NJ Law Schools.  

In regard to your request for the New Jersey statute, the laws governing horse racing can be found at N.J.S.A. 5:5-22, et seq., and the laws governing casino simulcasting can be found at N.J.S.A. 5:12-191, et seq. NJ Legislature.
