Instructions for the Apprentice/Trainee
Approval Memorandum


The Division of Civil Rights and Affirmative Action must approve all Trainees proposed for utilization by the Prime Contractor. This approval is done via the CR-1 - Apprentice/Trainee Approval Memorandum (dot 71k) which the contractor provides to the Resident Engineer. The Resident Engineer sends the Apprentice/Trainee Approval Memorandum to the Division of Civil Rights for review and approval.
