Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 208
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 208 described in this section are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30.  In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Bergen County:
i.  In the Borough of Fair Lawn:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii.  In the Borough of Glen Rock:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii.  In the Township of Wyckoff:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv.  In the Borough of Franklin Lakes:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
v.  In the Borough of Oakland:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
2. In Passaic County:
i.  In the Borough of Hawthorne:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 208 described in this section are designated and established as "no parking" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Fair Lawn:
(1) Mid-block bus stop along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Morlot Avenue - Beginning 110 feet south of the Morlot Avenue Bridge and extending 170 feet southerly thereof.
(2) Mid-block bus stop along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Morlot Avenue - Beginning 45 feet north of the Morlot Avenue Bridge and extending 190 feet northerly thereof.
