Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 33 Business
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 33 Business described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Monmouth County:
i. In the Township of Manalapan:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the intersection of Route NJ 33 and Route NJ 33 Business to the Manalapan Township-Freehold Township corporate line (approximate milepost 24.34 on Route NJ 33 to milepost 1.11 on Route NJ 33 Business).
ii.  In the Township of Freehold:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the Freehold Borough – Freehold Township easterly corporate line and Jerseyville Avenue.
iii.  In the Borough of Freehold:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 33 Business described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking bus stop" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Monmouth County:
i.  In the Borough of Freehold:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Kiawak Avenue (100 feet)
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Waverly Place (115 feet)
(3) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Waverly Place (115 feet)
(4) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Kiawak Avenue (100 feet)
