Traffic Regulations

The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route I-78 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:

NOTE: State Highway Route I-78 is under Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 4.16.

NOTE: State Highway Route I-78 is coincident with State Highway Route US 22 from approximate mileposts 4.16 to 18.34.

i. In the Township of Greenwich:

For both directions of traffic:

(A) Zone 1: 65 MPH between the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission-New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdictional line and the Greenwich Township corporate line-Franklin Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 4.16 to 6.90); thence

ii. In the Township of Franklin:

For both directions of traffic:
