Route US 9
(a) Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route US 9 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
1. In Cape May County:
i. In the Township of Middle:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route US 9 northbound onto westbound into the driveways located 384 feet and 459 feet north of the center line of Stone Harbor Boulevard (Block 99.02, Lots 51, 61, 70.01 and 70.02) (approximate mileposts 13.13 and 13.15).
(2) Right turns only:
(A) From eastbound out of the driveway located 384 feet north of the center line of Stone Harbor Boulevard onto Route US 9 southbound (Block 99.02, Lots 51, 61, 70.01 and 70.02) (approximate mileposts 13.13).
2. In Atlantic County:
i. In the City of Northfield:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From the exit driveway of the Northfield Community School westbound onto Route US 9 (New Road) southbound (approximate milepost 37.5).
ii. In the City of Pleasantville:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route US 9 northbound onto westbound into the driveway of Petro-Pump Inc. located approximately 200 feet north of Delilah Road (Block 391, Lots, 1,2,3,7,16,17 and 18) (approximate milepost 41.21)
(2) Right turns only:
(A) From eastbound out of the driveway of Petro-Pump Inc. located approximately 200 feet north of Delilah Road (Block 391, Lots 1.2.3.7.16.17 and 18) onto Route US 9 southbound (approximate milepost 41.21).
3. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Bass River:
(1) No "U" turns for both directions of traffic:
(A) Between a point 375 feet north of the center line of East Greenbush Road and a point 3,015 feet north of the center line of East Greenbush Road (approximate mileposts 57.46 to 57.96).
4. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Berkeley:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route US 9 southbound onto McDonald's driveway eastbound (approximately 400 feet south of Ocean Gate Drive) (approximate milepost 87.39).
(2) No left turns between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Sunday through Saturday:
(A) From westbound out of the five (5) driveways of the Berkeley Plaza Shopping Center located between a point 1056 feet north of Gladney Avenue and a point 1584 feet north of Moorage Avenue (Block 1108.01, Lots 2 and 3) onto Route US 9 southbound(approximate mileposts 87.24 to 87.40).
ii. In the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover Township):
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route US 9 northbound onto the driveway located along the westerly side of Route US 9 approximately 730 feet south of the southerly curb line of Indian Head Road westbound (approximate milepost 94.72).
iii. In the Township of Lakewood:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From eastbound out of all driveways between Kennedy Boulevard and the Lakewood Township-Howell Township corporate line onto Route US 9 northbound (approximate mileposts 102.91 to 103.13).
(B) From westbound out of all driveways between Kennedy Boulevard and the Lakewood Township-Howell Township corporate line onto Route US 9 southbound (approximate mileposts 102.91 to 103.13).
