A/E Major Contract Advertisements
Projects with design and construction administration fees over $400,000 are open for any appropriate prequalified firm to submit a proposal.

A/E Routine Contracts Advertisements
Projects with design and construction administration fees under $400,000 are only open to those prequalified firms who have been invited to participate upon being randomly selected from the Division's database.

Contractor Project Advertisements
Contractors must be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:19-2.1 et seq.
