Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract –Construction Equipment - NASPO ValuePoint.

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Construction Equipment with the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Organization.

The State of Oklahoma is the lead state for this procurement.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
