| BUSINESS INFORMATION AND RECORDS Business Registration Certificate Used for: 1) public contracting, as proof of valid business registration with the New Jersey Division of Revenue; and 2) compliance with Chapter 85, P.L. 2006, defined under N.J.S.A. 54A:7-1.2. (Un-incorporated constructioncontractors performing work in NJ or registered unincorporated contractors requesting proof of registration). Status Report (Gateway Watch) Lists registered agent, business addresses, filing date, date last annual report filed, officer/directors/managers and legal status (active, dissolved, merged, etc.) Standing Certificates Attest to the legal status of business entities such as corporations, and limited liability companies operating in New Jersey. These certificates are certified under the seal of the State Treasurer and serve as legal documents. Annual Report Transcript Service Trade Names and State-level Trade/Service Marks (Gateway Watch) Provide basic information such as names, addresses and filing/registration dates. |
