Capital City Redevelopment Corporation

The Capital City Redevelopment Corporation (CCRC) Board of Directors includes four ex-officio members: the Mayor of the City of Trenton, the State Treasurer, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation and the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs; and seven public members, four of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Trenton and three of whom shall be appointed by the Governor with the three gubernatorial appointed members being subject to the advice and consent of the Senate. One of the gubernatorial appointments must be a business owner In the City of Trenton and one must be a business owner in the County of Mercer.

Nat Bottigheimer is an urban planner with more than 30 years of experience in real estate economics, economic development, and transportation. Before joining CCRC, Nat worked at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where he helped launch the Aspire real estate tax credit program; and at Regional Plan Association as its New Jersey Director. Before moving to New Jersey in 2012, Nat directed transit-oriented development programs at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the Maryland Department of Transportation.
