Agency Executives

Part of establishing your agency’s profile in DCA SAGE is identifying the people who will be serving as your Executive Director and Financial Officer. The first Contacts you add to your Agency Contacts list will be those two names. You won’t be assigning them their titles in this step—you will do that when you create and submit an Agency Information Update.

· Give the contacts who will be your Executive Director and Financial Officer a System Security Level of Agency Administrator or Agency Authorized Official

– DCA SAGE sets a limit of two Agency Authorized Officials per agency

– You may have multiple Agency Administrators

· Add more Agency Contacts (executives or staff members) at this time or continue later
