The New Jersey Children’s Trust Fund (NJCTF) is a private/public partnership created by law to fund child abuse and neglect prevention programs in New Jersey.

Fatherhood and Healthy Relationships
NJCTF provided funds for the Fatherhood and Healthy Relationship Initiative in Monmouth, Mercer, and Middlesex counties for three years beginning in 2016. This initiative supports father engagement efforts to promote healthy relationships, build and strengthen relationships, leadership, and target education and employment achievement for expectant and parenting fathers.

NJCTF supports local evidence-based and evidence-informed child abuse and neglect prevention programs to prevent child maltreatment. Outcomes for NJCTF funded grants are available on pages five and six of the New Jersey Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect’s Sixth Annual Report (http://nj.gov/dcf/news/reportsnewsletters/taskforce/NJTFCAN.Report.2016.pdf).

NJCTF is supported by donations from residents via a check box on New Jersey state income tax returns and through private donations.
