There may be times when you need to reach or leave a message for a BTS stack test observer during non-office hours (for example, to let the observer know of a delay or cancelation in the test program so that they do not waste a trip to the facility.)  Therefore, we have modified our contact information webpage (https://www.state.nj.us/dep/bts/contact.html) to include the observer’s work cell phone numbers.
